to much at once- will have to disolve better later

main point

Well, thought of the evening.

My goal is to think in statistics or probabilities; you have to stop being attached to the outcome of any given "event', hand of cards or moment in life or you will always be chasing the event at hand. If you can detach from the event at hand, and look at the event as a series of events you will not have to be right, win, finish, have your way. You are only looking for such things a majority of times. Do you really think you will "always be right? win? etc.." not likely better to get a grip on it now and save yourself a lot of pain.

Distinction: being right and winning are what you want when you are playing a game, from chess, to day trading. However why is it in life that we always neeed to be right?

In life or the game, it is a unique moment. Irregardless of the number of times you have done that 'exact' same thing before.
Because believe it or not, you will never have every variable exactly the same twice. the question is how come we don't pay attention and assume that this is like before...

Because it's comfortable! it's better to think that because of what we knew before we'll know what is happening now.
it's a comforting thought isn't it?

the wicked stench of expectations come from what we 'know' being projected into the future.

Therefor we must remember NOT TO KNOW EVERYTHING ALL AT ONCE.

By knowing.... what will happen... what has happened... or what will happen... you loose the ability to know what is happening now. You have to keep looking around and figuring that out all the time, or it's just impossible to 'be in the flow', be natural, make responses not reactions.

this is a mantra, you don't do it all the time, but you start and you forget and then you slowly get better at pulling it back into focus again and again.... as you forget and remember...

The next statement many people forget.....
we don't expect to do what we learn perfectly the first time. (ex: correct standing posture) -
Why is it that if you watch people, they expect 100% out of themselves at every moment of output. It's not a bad thing to try, however you'll never be 'perfect', as much as your mama thought you were. so why become emotionally involved in failure? It's a part of the circle.

"the power of now", 'living in the moment' , " the eternal flow of opportunities".

Why bother? Because many of the things we want are there. We just don't realize it because the answer is so sharp and easy to loose but right in front of us.

There is a dance of life under the skin of everything. Miracles are things we can't explain. One happened the moment you started growing.

With out the full attention to what is happening now, you'll never notice how it is unique and what is possible, most everything else is a reaction to a reaction to a reaction.

You can't know, you can't assume, you can't expect, or you can't win
%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
